The access and/or use of this website of the *ESTEL COOPERATIVE confers the status of USER, who accepts, from this access and/or use, the General Conditions of Use reflected here.

www.plaestel.org provides access to articles, projects, information, and data (hereinafter, “the contents”) owned by the *ESTEL COOPERATIVE.

The “*ESTEL” logo is a registered trademark owned by COOPERATIVA *ESTEL. It is prohibited to reproduce, modify, reuse, exploit, communicate publicly, upload files, send by mail, transmit, use, treat or distribute in any way all or part of the contents included in this web page for public or commercial purposes, if not it has the express and written authorization of the *ESTEL COOPERATIVE. Its reproduction or use is prohibited without the written authorization of its owner.

6.1. LINKS TO OTHER EXTERNAL WEBSITES

The *ESTEL COOPERATIVE rejects responsibility for all information present on the Web not prepared by itself or not published under its name and will not respond or guarantee, in any way, the accuracy, insufficiency, or authenticity of the information provided by any person or entity, physical or legal entity, with or without its legal personality, through these hypertext links.

6.2. EXTERNAL LINKS TO THE WEBSITES OF THE COOPERATIVE *ESTEL

If any other website, user, or entity wishes to establish a link to “www.plaestel.org”, this link must be subject to the conditions detailed below:

  1. The link will go to the main page or any of its sections. The link, in any case, must be absolute and complete, taking the user with a single click to the URL of the main page or the URL of any of its sections.
  2. In no case, except for express written authorization by the *ESTEL COOPERATIVE, the website that establishes the link may reproduce “www.plaestel.org” in any way, including as an integral part of its website, using frames, redirections, or any other measure that hides the origin of the information.

Following the provisions of the current data protection regulations, RGPD and LOPD, users who send communications to the contact email published in the contact tab of the website are informed that they authorize the *ESTEL COOPERATIVE so that their personal data are treated under the responsibility of the other, to manage the current contractual relationship, and will be kept as long as there is a mutual interest for this and will not be transferred to third parties unless legally required. For this purpose, the interested party may exercise the rights of access, rectification, portability, deletion, limitation, and opposition by sending a message to comunicacio@plaestel.org.
